Can Medical students and Doctors from the Philippines have tattoos?

Im planning to get a tattoo but im not sure if its allowed to have tattoos before taking med exams. Is it true Philippines doctors cant get tattoos?

I don’t know, but I think that if you had a tattoo in a descrete place (like not on your lower arms or neck) then it should be fine. Maybe they are more strict in the Philippines, but I don’t see how a small tattoo would be a problem.
