Is there a tattoo machine that is purchasable, that you can give temporary tattoos with?

I want to know if there is a machine you can buy, a tattoo machine, that allows you to give non-permanent tattoos instead of permanent tattoos
ok, so is there an airbrush machine that i can use EXTREME detail with? to make it look as if it were real?

No. There is no way to inject ink under the skin and make it not permanent. If you want a temporary tattoo, invest in an airbrush.
Look into airbrush machines. They’re good if you want to do something colorful. But for something monotoned and/or with detail, try Henna.
