Where can you find a tattoo artist who tattoos minors with parental consult?

My daughter would like a tattoo, and I promised I would research about it before I say yes or no. So far on all my research i hanv’t found any place which tattoos minors. So i was just wondering, is there any places which do tattoo minors within the area of Arlington or Dc?

I bet you could get any of them to do it
I think they have to be 18 regardless of parental consent.
You have to go w/her and take her birth cert. that way they know you are her parent. As long as you do that and sign papers any artist should do it.
Why would you do this? If your daughter asked you to brand her arm with a branding-iron, would you agree? Wait until she’s old enough and mature enough to get her own tattoo. Once she’s got it she has it for life (unless you loaded and can pay for expensive laser surgery). What if she hates it when she turns 18 and then sues you for compensation?
Usually depending on how old the minor is, they will need a parent to be there and consent it. But also be rashunable about it. Your child is a minor which means you have to be making good decisions in her life that will help her, as tattoos go if she decides thatt she doesn’t like it in a couple of years are you the one thats gonna sit with her in painful laser removal treatment? Would you be able to handle that? What if she gets infected? I think you should make her wait until she is old enough to walk into a tattoo parlour herself and get it alone.
Any tattoo parlor should tattoo your daughter if you go with her, proving that you are her mother. They can’t tell you no. That is your daughter, if you are going to let her that is your choice. I was looking at tattoo’s before I was 18 and the guy just told me that if I wanted one before 18 that my parents needed to come with me or wait.
I know here in Pennsylvania minors can be tattoo’d with parental consent and the parent has to be present.
