What are this job’s requirements, artistically and practically? Do you need to improvise on the spot, or can you design it over a period of time?

Any suggestions on what I cando? Perhaps I could go with a darker ink to cover the crossed lines, but I guess I am screwed on the connection of the bands. Is it a big deal if the bands are connected?

I made the image myself but it is a VERY symmetrical design. It is important to me that when I get the tattoo done that CIRCLES look like CIRCLES… not ovals, etc.

I really, really want to become a tattoo artist and I think that I have the talent to do it! I love everything about the industry, I have tattoos and piercings, I have get along well with people already in the industry… Mainly, I am afraid that if I become an apprentice, I will have to leave my full time job, with great benefits, and get a really, really bad paying part time job and not be able to pay my bills. Does anyone have some answers or words of advice that would help me in my quest?
