My kids bought some Pokemon tattoos and they DO not want to come off — I have tried alcohol, water and soap, and anything else I could find. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My girlfriends daughter littered her walls with temporary tattoos, and now we have to get rid of them. What’s the best way of doing this without stripping the paint off as well?
Tried a magic eraser, it kind of worked, but took the paint off with it..
