I got a tattoo on the side of my right foot two weeks ago, and although it looks fantastic, it hasn’t begun to scab or peel at all. Should I be worried? I’ve been taking great care of it, no shoes or socks, kept it moisturized, ect, but everything I’ve read about tats mentions scabbing and peeling after about three or four days. Is this normal for foot tattoos?

I been looking at some polynesian tribal and some filipino tribal tattoos. There are many designs in the tribal but I can’t tell the difference. What do you look for in a polynesian tattoo and a filipino one?

Are they more prone to infection? Do they hurt more than other tattoos? Do they fade? If so, how quickly? I want to know everything.

I got a tattoo on my left shoulder blade 2 years ago of a Playboy Bunny with the ear flopped over and my name under it. It’s really cute but I can still feel the tattoo. There’s no color or anything so the enitre tattoo is basically an outline and I can still feel it, kind of like braille. I know it’s normal to be able to feel the outline of a tattoo right after you get it done because I have two (the other one was also done about two years ago and it’s on the small of my back. Can’t feel that one). But I’m starting to wonder if this one should be removed.
Speaking of irritating the skin, when I get out of the shower or out of a swimming pool it itches. When I scratch it, it burns (I know I shouldn’t scratch it but I can’t help it). How’s that?
